The story of the Auberge continues…We will be opening at the end of February (at the latest). If you happen to visit Franche-Comté, come and have a drink in the bistrot with the locals! From time to time, you will be able to try our « assiette locale », a « flammekueche »,  or a pizza, cooked in the wood-fired oven.
